Q. How long does it take to process orders?
A. I try my best to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Depending on the volume of the restock the average processing time should be around 4-7 days. All polishes will be properly packaged and will ship via USPS along with a confirmation tracking number
Q. Are your polishes 3-free?
Q. Do you ship internationally?
A. YES! Starting 6/20/2015 we will be offering international shipping to select countries. Please note that we are not responsible for any lost packages, country taxes and items that are being held by your country's customs department.
Q. Can you make custom made polishes
A. Yes, use the contact link in my shop with the details and your time frame and I will let you know if it is doable.
Q. Do you do blogger discounts?
A. I currently do not but will be working on a discounted program for bloggers who would like to purchase polishes for review with only a promise of a feature spot within the blog.
Q. Do you give refunds?
A. Sorry. No refunds will be made. Only replacements for polishes damaged during shipping will be replaced for free. Please make note that once orders have been shipped and tracking states the package has been delivered, we are no longer liable for such items whether lost or stolen. If in this case, please contact your local USPS office for assistance.
Q. I want to send polishes as a gift. Can I send them with a note and not packing slip?
A. If you would like to send someone polish as a gift, please leave me a message upon check out with the recipient name, address and your personal message. Packages will come wrapped with no packing slip.
